Structure:
* RCC framed structure with cement solid bricks.& flooring as Italian marble

* 6”Cement Solid Blocks for exterior walls and 4”Cement Solid/Hallow Bricks for internal walls.

* Main Door Teak wood frames with moulded skin shutters. Internal Doors-salwood frame with flush Doors.

Windows:
* UPVC windows with safety grills. Where ever required.

Flooring:
* 2X2 premium quality Vitrified flooring with 3” skirting all around Ceramics tile flooring for balconies and Master Bedroom laminate Wooden flooring common area will have Marble or granite floorings.

Kitchenplatform:
* Granite slab of 20 mm or 30mm thick with Steel sink & dado of 2ft height with glazed tiles above the granite slab

* 3/20 & 7/20 wiring with good quality Finolex / Anchor Roma Switches and sockets, separate electric meters for common areas.
