Flooring: 
The type of flooring used in different parts of the house will vary depending on the developer's architect's design. Options include tiles, marble, or laminated wood.

Wall Finishing:
Similar to flooring, wall finishes will be painted or tiles, again following the architect's design.

Kitchen:
A fitted kitchen will be provided, including a hob (cooktop), chimney (exhaust hood), oven, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, and a stainless steel sink. The specific design will be determined by the developer's architect.

Bathroom:
All bathrooms will have CP fittings (likely chrome-plated), a wash basin, and a toilet (WC).

Doors and Windows:
The material used for door and window frames will vary depending on the design (e.g., MS, UPVC, aluminum, wood, or composite). Likewise, external glazing (Sl. No. 9) will be UPVC or aluminum as per the architect's design.

Electrical:
Electrical wiring will be done using PVC conduits as per the MEP consultant's design. The apartment will have switch boxes and sockets, again following the architect's design.

Cupboards:
Modular wardrobes will be included in the apartment, but the specific design will be determined by the developer's architect.

Lifts:
The building will have branded elevators.

Air Conditioning:
A VRV/VRF air conditioning system will be installed with high wall units in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The design will be as per the architect's plan. The annual maintenance contract (AMC) is not included and needs to be arranged by the resident directly with the service provider.

Doors:
All internal doors, including the main entrance, will be wooden flush doors as per the architect's design.External Finishing: The building exterior will be painted with exterior-grade paint.Meter & Electricity Connection: Residents are responsible for obtaining their electricity meter and connection from the designated agency upon payment of applicable charges.Water Supply/Sewer Connection (Sl.
