As demand for shared office space continues to rise, a prominent new generation supplier, 315Work Avenue, has leased 400 desks to Jupiter, a renowned digital banking platform, on December 5th, 2022, in Bangalore.
The office is located in HSR Layout, a thriving commercial area in the southeast of Bengaluru that is home to a number of innovative companies. In order to cater to their clients' specific requirements, this company has equipped its workplace with cutting-edge technology and facilities.
315Work Avenue has 30,000 seats in a variety of prominent locations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, and is well-known for its technology-driven hubs, individualised workflow, and productive work atmosphere. The company's goal is to have a portfolio of around 3 million square feet by the end of the current fiscal year, up from the current 1.5 million square feet.
Manas Mehrotra, founder of the company 315Work Avenue, offered his thoughts on the partnership, saying, "We are excited to begin working with Jupiter, and this arrangement reflects the company's tremendous growth over the last several years. The ability to scale up and down, the cost benefit, decreased capital expenditures, and the need to diversify risk have made flexible workplaces the obvious option for large-scale businesses. As more and more people want to work from home or in more adaptable environments, coworking spaces have eclipsed conventional offices as the preferred workplace model for the next generation. Companies in the modern day are always on the lookout for ways to increase their agility and efficiency; we can give such answers. We want to work with Jupiter for the foreseeable future, and our goal is to increase our customer base in the banking and fintech sectors by offering individualised services."
According to Arpit Mehrotra, Managing Director, Office Services (South India), at Colliers, corporations are aiming for a larger proportion of their space to be flexible. Due to its cost-cutting, productivity-boosting, employee-pleasing, and freedom-of-choice promoting attributes, the need for adaptable workplaces is on the increase. These participants manage the ecosystem by forming alliances, organising events, and fostering a sense of community among the locals, all while creating memorable experiences. We anticipate that the coworking business will continue to increase its proportion of the total office space.
The future looks bright for coworking spaces, as data shows that 38% of companies aim to expand their office portfolio in the next 6-18 months, 35% plan to retain their current portfolios, and 13% are trying to consolidate existing office spaces.
