Uttar Pradesh, Ayodhya

The government of Uttar Pradesh has announced its ambitious plan to develop a Greenfield Township in Ayodhaya, spreading across 1200 acres and involving an investment of about ₹2,180 crore. This project is seen as the blueprint for future pilgrimage cities. It is anticipated that the Prime Minister will initiate the project soon.

Innovative Plot Allocation Commences Online

It has been reported that the process for allocating plots for various establishments such as mutts, ashrams, dharamshalas, and commercial spaces has already started online. These plots are strategically located on both sides of the Lucknow-Gorakhpur highway.

Phase Two Expansion in the Pipeline

An additional area of 442 acres is being reserved for the project's second phase, underlining the expansive nature of this township plan.

Blending Tradition with Modernity in Township Design

The design of the township is aimed at seamlessly blending with the cultural fabric of Ayodhya. It includes incorporating traditional architectural styles and utilizing local craftsmanship to enhance the spiritual and cultural essence of the area.
