In some great news for Thane real estate market and the property market in Majiwada, AWS has bought a huge 60 Acre plot of land in Majiwada. This will surely act as a big boost for the commercial real estate market in Thane and surrounding areas.


The Balkum Pada, Majiwada-area land lot is anticipated to be used for the construction of a data centre facility.

Amazon Web Services has bought a 60-acre block of land in Thane district, close to Mumbai, for more than Rs 1,800 crore.

Ananta Landmarks, an arm of Kalpatatru, is the vendor. The Balkum Pada, Majiwada-area land parcel is anticipated to be used for the establishment of a data centre facility.

Amazon Data Services India leased a plot of land in the Powai region from Larsen & Toubro for more than two years beginning in August 2022.
