Tara Singh Vachani, the executive chairperson of Antara Senior Living and vice chairperson of Max India, shared that this project is set to be among the first of its kind in the country, marking a significant step in the evolution of senior living facilities.

After launching successful projects in Dehradun and Noida, Antara is gearing up to introduce a new facility, three years after its last launch. With a vision to unveil one project annually, Antara is eyeing expansion into key cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Goa. This expansion reflects the increased demand for senior living facilities following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The upcoming project in Gurugram will feature two residential towers dedicated to senior living, illustrating a shift towards integrated projects. These projects blend senior living facilities within broader residential complexes, fostering an "intergenerational" community. Vachani explained that COVID-19 caused a temporary pause in their expansion plans, but they are now eager to launch a new project each year.
