Aparna Constructions and Estates, a real estate developer located in Hyderabad, is building four residential projects in Hyderabad with an investment of over INR 800 crore.

The four projects, situated near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the city's IT centre, will include more than 30 acres of land.

In Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, the projects include Aparna CyberStar with 232 units beginning at Rs 89 lakh, Aparna CyberShine with 330 units starting at Rs 88 lakh, Aparna CyberOn with 163 units starting at Rs 97 lakh, and Aparna CyberHeights with 708 units starting at Rs 91 lakh. The 2.5-3 BHK flats vary in square footage from 1314 to 1981 ft.

SS Reddy, managing director of Aparna Constructions and Estates, said that despite hikes in loan interest rates, demand for houses remains robust across all age groups. With the four new developments, we want to meet the rising demand for residential homes in Hyderabad's IT Hub.

By the end of this fiscal year, Aparna Constructions will have launched seven residential projects.
