Aparna Constructions and Estates has introduced the Aparna Dharti planned development project in Dundigal, Hyderabad. This is the company's first launch in the current fiscal year. Earlier in January of this year, the company revealed Aparna Zenon, a gated community in which they have invested Rs 2,550 crore.
Aparna Dharti is located within the serene lush nature of Dundigal and is well-connected to the city's major hubs, including Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, and Gateway IT Park, among others. The planned property is situated on 83.23 acres of land and offers 760 plots beginning at Rs 91 lakhs.
The Managing Director of Aparna Constructions and Estates, SS Reddy, said, "Aparna Dharti is our first launch of the fiscal year and our second launch of the year. There are six residential, three planned, and two commercial developments in the pipeline. The majority of our planned projects will be placed in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Bangalore's hotspots. We anticipate ending the fiscal year with a 30 percent increase. To support this development plan, we are also seeking to hire 1,500 new employees across all of our sites.
The overall growth rate of the real estate market category is 18 percent every year. This is facilitated by the rise in millennial homebuyers and the decline in mortgage interest rates. In addition, there has been a change in customer behaviour. This influenced our decision to create Aparna Dharti, since they are seeking big dwellings like planned houses."
The site has a bore water supply connection, collecting chambers for rain water percolation, armoured cable-powered electricity, 60'/40' roadways inside the project, solar-powered boundary wall fencing, and solar fencing drainage connections for avenue planting.
