Bangalore:

Apple India extended its 52,000 sq ft lease with The Executive Centre, a flexible office operator.

According to Propstack, the rental deal was extended for 36 months in July 2022 and contains a 16-month lock-in period.

Apple is expanding in India. Manufacturing moved to India, necessitating office space despite post-Covid work-from-home laws.

A Bangalore property expert expects Apple to expand in India.

Apple India will lease the executive centre Safina Towers office in Bengaluru for INR 1.42 crore per month. The filed document states a 5% increase in November 2023 and thereafter every 12 months.

Apple secured a 4-lakh-square-foot office contract with Prestige Group in Bangalore in 2021 to serve global and Indian markets and develop a huge retail centre.

The largest Apple iPhone manufacturing factory in India is coming to Hosur, Bengaluru.
