Arete Group has declared a transaction in which Silox India has acquired 35 acres of premium industrial land located at PIP (Payal Industrial Park) in Dahej, Gujarat. The land was acquired by Arete Group. Silox India, with its main office in Belgium, is an inorganic chemical manufacturer. The purpose of this strategic partnership is to promote development, sustainability, and innovation in the chemical manufacturing industry.

PIP, an industrial park promoted and developed by Arete Group, is the most expansive privately integrated park in India. Situated in the Gujarat PCPIR (Petroleum, Chemicals, and Petrochemicals Investment Region), it is strategically situated. PIP, which has received approval from the Gujarat government, provides facilities and infrastructure of the highest calibre, fostering an optimal setting for large-scale industries and manufacturing plants.

The expansive park, which spans more than 3,500 acres, has been meticulously designed by CH2M Hill to accommodate the unique needs of water-intensive and polluting sectors.

PIP's infrastructure, which comprises water access, an effluent treatment plant, and ecologically conscious designs, is in complete harmony with Silox's dedication to sustainability.

It is anticipated that the collaborative atmosphere at PIP will augment the capacity of Silox India by 30-40% in comparison to its existing capabilities, thereby stimulating expansion and ingenuity.

Prakash Raman, MD, Silox India mentioned the following

“Our strategic partnership with PIP, an inorganic chemical manufacturer, represents a progressive stride in the direction of attaining our growth goals. PIP's provision of facilities, in conjunction with its environmentally sustainable practises, fosters an environment conducive to productive collaboration. It is expected that this collaboration will not solely augment our manufacturing capabilities, but also make a substantial contribution to the collective prosperity of Silox India and PIP.”

Siraj Saiyed, director at Arete Group added the following:

“This partnership demonstrates that PIP is an appealing location for the world's foremost corporations in the chemical sector. Arete Group maintains its steadfast dedication to fostering strategic alliances and making substantial contributions to the development of the industrial sector in Gujarat.”
