Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan has acquired six luxury apartments in Borivali's upscale Oberoi Sky City for a total of Rs 15.42 crore. The apartments, covering a total area of 4,894 sq ft, were sold at a rate of Rs 31,498 per sq ft. The sale agreement was finalized on May 5, 2024.

Breakdown of Apartment Costs

The first flat with a carpet area of 1101 sq ft, was purchased for Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments, each spanning 252 sq ft, were bought for Rs 79 lakh each. The fourth and fifth apartments, measuring 1101 sq ft and 1094 sq ft respectively, were sold for Rs 3.52 crore and Rs 3.39 crore. The sixth apartment also cost Rs 3.39 crore.
