Credai Nashik Metro launched its premier real estate Expo - SHELTER 2022 in the virtual presence of Maharashtra's Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde.

At the inauguration were also Dadasaheb Bhuse, MLA; Hemant Godse, MP; Dr. CL Pulkundwar, NMC commissioner; Karan Sodhi, regional MD, Mumbai MMR & Gujarat, JLL; Anant Rajegaonkar, VP, Credai National; Sunil Furde, president, Credai Maharashtra; Sunil Kotwal, secretary, Credai Maharashtra; Ravi Mahajan, president, Credai

This five-day Nashik Property Expo set for November 24–28, 2022 at Dongre Vasti Gruh Maidan, Gangapur road, anticipates a foot traffic of between 80,000 and 1,000,000 prospective consumers. This Expo will include over 500+ units of real estate developments with a total value of over Rs 35,000 cr, including a broad range of residential and commercial projects under progress in Nashik.

Other related industries, such as tiling, plumbing, contractors, windows, glass, villas, solar, and swimming pools, will also be present at the Expo. Even prominent mortgage lenders and banks will be there.

CM Eknath Shinde released a report on Nashik, highlighting the city's rise as an education centre.

The introduction of the JLL-Credai study on Nashik – The growing education powerhouse of India – by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra is an additional highlight of the Expo. The JLL research discusses Nashik's expansion as an education centre and the opportunities it offers students from across the world.

Mahajan said, "For the growth of Nashik, I ask the Government of Maharashtra to lower royalty fees, enhance the breadth of the planned ring road plan, and expedite the project going through the Nashik corporate site by using TCS software, as has been done in Mumbai. This would facilitate several projects in Nashik.

Mr. Patil said, "Consumers are now increasingly interested in real estate as an investment opportunity, and they are aware of market trends and their own needs, allowing them to make an educated decision. We anticipate that this five-day Expo will give adequate chance for attendees to explore and experience a variety of real estate options and assist them in making educated investment choices."

This is the tenth edition of the Expo and the first on-site version since the pandemic, with more than one hundred builders, developers, contractors, and other affiliated company owners coming together under one roof, along with the industry's top finance businesses and banks.
