Google Leases Office in Smartworks Amar Pristine 81, Pune

In some great news for commercial real estate market in Pune, Google has leased approximately 100,000 square feet of office space in Smartworks' co-working complex in Pune's Mundhwa neighbourhood for a total of over 36 months, according to real estate sources in Pune.

Google's new office in the commercial building Amar Pristine 81 (AP81) in Koregaon Park Annex is projected to accommodate around 1,300 people and will be used to manage its cloud computing company.
