Kolte Patil Developers Will Redevelop Two Additional Societies in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West

Following the stupendous success of Kolte Patil verve - a redevelopment project of hari Ratan Society in Bangur Nagar, the Pune-based developer is playing it bigger in Bangur Nagar.

Kolte Patil Developers Limited (KPDL) which is a publicly traded real estate company announced on August 1, 2023 that it had signed two new society re-development projects in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon west in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

According to the real estate developer, the two ventures have a total area of 4.8 million square feet and a revenue of INR 950 Crores.

These new additions represent the company's expansion beyond Pune and its endeavours to strengthen its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). 

Both projects are located in the high-potential micromarket of Bangur Nagar in Goregaon (West), bringing the total number of projects for the company in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) to 14.

Society redevelopment projects offer a significant, multi-year opportunity for trusted actors like Kolte-Patil, and with a decade-long presence in MMR - it seems this Pune based real estate developer is using the goodwill to great effect.

The company announced the acquisition of four projects in April-May 2023, two in Pune and two in Mumbai, with a total development potential of 2.6 million square feet and a topline potential of Rs. 2,500 crore.
