Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has announced the handover of an additional 400 flats at its biggest mass housing project, Shukhobrishti in Kolkata, bringing the total number of apartments handed over to 10,154. In FY22-23, the firm will provide 2,000 residences. The business obtained 200 crore INR in construction financing from HDFC Capital in November 2021 to finish the remaining stages of the project.
