Ashar Merac - Largest Residential Project Launched in Thane, ShreeNagar

Ashar Group has unveiled Ashar Merac in ShreeNagar, also known as the Mulund Thane Corridor (MTC), marking a return to the locality where the group initiated its first project in 2001, Ashar Estate.

Spanning 11 acres, Ashar Merac is one of the largest residential developments in Thane's recent history, with phase one covering 4 acres. Once completed, the project will feature over 2000 residential units.

Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, Ashar Merac offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences with expansive decks, maximizing living spaces that balance form and function.
