Lower Parel, the economic and social centre of Mumbai, is the location of the new & amazing Awfis Gold Centre office.
Awfis, a homegrown flexible workspace provider, has opened its first premium category location – Awfis Gold – in Mumbai, after the successful launch of five Gold centres in Bengaluru, two in Hyderabad, and two in Chennai. The Mumbai facility was created in collaboration with Nucleus Office Parks, the operational platform for wholly-owned Blackstone offices in India, with the intention of delivering an unmatched working experience to the Mumbai clients through its premium products.
The facility occupies 27,000 square feet and has 450 seats; it is situated in One International Center, Lower Parel, the entertainment and business hub. With the opening of their first Gold centre in Mumbai, Awfis will now provide premium quality spaces with a heightened emphasis on service excellence and better infrastructure to their most discriminating clients, with a particular emphasis on large-scale organisations.
Amit Ramani, founder and chief executive officer of Awfis, said, "Given the increasing demand for coworking spaces, Awfis Gold will emerge as the premium partner of choice for organisations and C-suite executives who are increasingly seeking a hybrid form of working. Our newly opened Awfis Gold facility in Mumbai will have Grade A infrastructure, state-of-the-art amenities, and a world-class working environment that will increase productivity, safety, and comfort."
Currently, Awfis has ten Gold centres spanning 3.5 lakh square feet across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with a new Gold centre opening in Mumbai within the next three to six months.
Awfis has created the biggest coworking network in the nation, with 131 locations and 77,500 seats in 14 cities, due to the high demand for flexible workplaces, and will continue to increase its footing throughout India to build a network of 200 centres by the end of 2022.
