The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has recently granted Bhumika Group, a prominent developer of retail real estate headquartered in New Delhi, entry into the metro mall sector via the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the NHPC Metro station project.

In Faridabad, the NHPC Metro station project on Mathura Road is the second undertaking of the Bhumika Group. It declared a few months ago that it had reached a contractual arrangement to construct a 5.5 lakh square foot retail development, located within a short distance of 3-4 kilometres from the group's present project location.

Bhumika Group's MD, Uddhav Poddar, was ecstatic about the organization's foray into Faridabad and the Mathura Road area. He stated that they perceived Faridabad as the emerging growth corridor of the national capital region, with Mathura Road specifically attracting the interest of esteemed restaurateurs and leading retailers. This had more strongly motivated them to concentrate their endeavours in Faridabad, more precisely on Mathura Road.

Nearly 95% of their most recent endeavour, the Urban Square Mall in Udaipur, is leased, and it houses more than 95 lifestyle brands from India and abroad.

In addition to the first portion of the complex being operational, the second phase is anticipated to open shortly. In Rajasthan, the purchasing experience has been revolutionised by Urban Square Mall.
