Phase 2 of Urban Square Mall in Udaipur by Bhumika Group

The real estate market in Udaipur will witness the second phase of Bhumika Group's commercial project Urban Square Mall very soon.

The second phase will include a variety of retail outlets with three more anchor tenants, a food court, restaurants, and an entertainment zone, as well as offices, a five-star hotel with 200 rooms, and substantial parking space both in the basement and on several levels.

The development will span 14 stories, comprising two basements, the lower and higher ground levels, and the lower and upper ground floors.

The anticipated cost of the project is Rs 350 cr, and its constructed area is 8.54 lakh square feet.

Uddhav Poddar, managing director of Bhumika Group, commented that Udaipur was a prominent tourist attraction and therefore the mall would offer merchants and renters tremendous development potential.

At Udaipur, brands like Shopper's Stop, Lifestyle, Crossword, Ninis Kitchen, Hydrama, Ghoomar, Forest Essentials, Meena Bazaar, Himalaya Opticals, Chicago Pizza, Parcos, and Looks will debut. For the first time in Udaipur, the mall provides entertainment alternatives such as Go Carting and Smaash.

Urban Square Mall, when completed, would become a shopping attraction about 25 kilometres from Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara.
