EcoBox Parks, backed by Alta Capital, is investing ₹400 crore to develop a 1.2-million sq. ft. state-of-the-art logistics hub in Chennai’s strategic Mannur locality, strengthening India’s industrial infrastructure.

A K Raheja Corp. affiliate, Inorbit Malls (India), has paid approximately ₹400 crore to buy a retail property in Hubli, Karnataka, as a strategic foray into Tier-2 cities. The building, called Akshay Sky Mall, has a gross built-up area of around 650,000 square feet.

Certus Capital, an institutional real estate investment business, invested more than ₹400 crore in three real estate finance deals. The company plans to spend ₹1,000 crore via secured loan in fiscal year 2024-25.

India Shelter Finance Corporation (ISFC), based in Haryana, is planning to increase its capital by raising ₹800 crore through new shares and ₹400 crore by selling some shares currently held by its investors.
