Bhive Properties, renowned for operating the acclaimed coworking brand BHIVE Workspace, has unveiled its groundbreaking venture into the sale of premium commercial real estate.

Nucleus Office Parks, the operational platform for Blackstone Group's fully-owned office parks, has leased approximately 7.50 lakh sq ft in commercial projects so far in 2022 across its pan-India portfolio, which is estimated to produce rental income of over INR 1,100 crore yearly.
