Awfis, India’s largest flexible workspace solutions provider, is set to expand into new and existing markets, with a focus on strategic investments in smaller cities.

Office space sharing company Awfis, which went public last month, reported a net profit of ₹1.3 crore for the January-March quarter, a significant turnaround from a ₹13.8 crore loss in the same period last year.

On its first day, Awfis Space Solutions, a major office-sharing provider, received offers that exceeded twice the amount of shares available. Bids for 17.4 million shares above the 8.62 million available, according to BSE statistics.

With the help of NCP Commercials, Awfis has signed a lease for a new centre at the VIOS Tower in Wadala.This new facility will have 25,000 square feet of space.
