Kanakia Spaces entered two distinct agreements to undertake the redevelopment of large housing societies in Borivali, a prominent suburb in Mumbai.

ASK Property Fund, the real estate private equity division of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has committed ₹190 crore to Kalpataru’s upper mid-income housing project in Borivali, a prominent Mumbai suburb.

Mumbai headquartered property developers Rohan Lifescapes is starting its largest project to date in Mumbai's northern neighbourhood of Borivali on a six-acre property with a potential income of more than Rs 2,000 crore.
