India will see rapid high-street retail growth. Leading developers including DLF, Godrej, Prestige group, Brigade enterprises, M3M, Omaxe, and the Dhillon Group will build three million square feet of retail complexes with open spaces over the next two to three years.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. signed two MoUs with the Tamil Nadu government on January 8. This bold plan involves an investment of over Rs 3,400 crore in the state over the next three to four years.

Brigade Sanctuary, a residential complex by Brigade Enterprises, blends contemporary living with nature. Brigade Sanctuary, a 14-acre joint venture on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, features 1275 units, comprising 1, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, with a revenue potential of Rs 2,000 cr.
