The House of Hiranandani has signed agreements to redevelop five housing societies in Mumbai's Chembur suburb, a significant step towards urban renewal. These redevelopment projects, which encompass approximately 15 acres, offer a development potential of over 1.7 million square feet.

Roha Realty and Sabari Group are partnering to revolutionise luxury living in Chembur with sustainable homes and modern facilities. This joint venture contains a 6 lakh sq-ft real estate project with a Rs 1000 crore revenue target. The project will begin in Q1 FY 24-25.

Edelweiss Group has invested Rs 355 crore in realty developer Hubtowns two under-construction residential projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra through its non-banking finance company ECL Finance and two funds - Edelweiss India Real Estate Fund and EREF Onshore Fund - managed by the group.
