Netflix Entertainment Services India LLP extended its lease for a 1.37 lakh square foot (sq ft) commercial premises in Godrej BKC, Mumbai's most expensive commercial business sector, according to IGR portal documents.

In the largest acquisition of ready commercial premises in Bangalore in 2022, the German multinational business Continental Automotive paid roughly Rs.850 billion to purchase 8,500,000 square feet of office space.

According to real estate reports in Mumbai, Polycab India Ltd has acquired a commercial space in the Dadar West neighbourhood of the city for Rs 202 crore. Polycab India Ltd is a publicly traded firm that specialises in the fabrication of cables and wires.
