L&T Realty and Valour Estate, formerly DB Realty, have partnered to create a ₹20,000-crore project on a 10-acre land block in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The project will contain luxury apartments, commercial areas, and a 1,000-key five-star hotel near the Bombay High Court complex.

Kingmaker Developers, a Rustomjee Group affiliate, bought 100% ownership and preference shares of DB Realty's Realgem Buildtech for about Rs 231.42 crore. This allows Keystone Realtors, a Rustomjee Group subsidiary, to buy Rustomjee Crown, a luxury residential complex in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

The Bengaluru-based Prestige Group acquired 2.3 acres of land in Bhuleshwar, Mumbai, from Marine Drive Hospitality and Realty Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of DB Realty

Prestige Falcon Realty Ventures, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, paid INR 978.7 Crore for securities from DB Realty and its subsidiaries to enhance its share in Prestige BKC Realtors from 50% to 100%.

DB Realty told the stock markets on February 9 that it intends to offer 50 million convertible warrants to non-promoter investors including Rakhesh Jhunjhunwala's RARE Enterprises.
