Indian real estate IPOs have gained pace due to high demand in residential, commercial, and retail industries. Real estate IPOs generated ₹13,553 crore in 2024, a significant rise from the previous year, as firms use capital markets for growth.

Company demand for flexible workspaces will peak in 2024. In the first half of 2023, 106,554 seats have been rented, compared to 155,000 for the year. Leasing is growing rapidly due to economic development, changing work dynamics, and the necessity for cost management.

WeWork India leased 140,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru and Noida to accommodate flexible workspace demand. Their portfolio will grow by 2,400 seats with these additional offices opening between September and October.

According to a report by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Knight Frank, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), flexible and co-working spaces, and the IT sector will drive office space demand in India to 1.7 billion square feet by 2030.

Incuspaze has leased a total of 9.7 lakh square feet of office space in Noida and Gurugram to accommodate the growing demand for flexible workspaces from corporations.
