ASK Property Fund and Sotheby’s Realty launch a ₹1,000 crore fund to invest in luxury real estate across Tier-I cities and holiday destinations.

The Chapter, a luxury vacation house developer supported by industry leaders including Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal, and the Burman family of Dabur India, plans to spend around ₹850 crore. This project aims to build luxury villas in India's top leisure spots.

Following the epidemic, second homes in India have become more popular as people flee polluted cities and regard them as great investments. In Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Jim Corbett, Rishikesh, Nainital, and Kasauli are popular vacation rental destinations.
