According to an Anarock research, premium office space rental prices in seven major cities rose 7% year-over-year to Rs 83 per square foot per month in the first six months of the current fiscal. This is due to growing building prices.

Despite global economic uncertainty, the Indian office space market is expected to grow significantly between 2023 and 2025. According to CBRE, developers are confident about adding over 165 million sq. ft. of office space by 2025, exceeding the 142 million constructed in the preceding three years.
