Nexus Select Trust, backed by Blackstone, has acquired Vega City Mall in Bengaluru for ₹913 crore, marking its fourth retail acquisition in the city. This strategic move strengthens its position as the largest retail REIT in Bengaluru.

Embassy Office Parks REIT, India's first listed REIT and Asia's biggest office REIT by area, increased its fiscal 2025 leasing objective to 6.5 million square feet from 5.6 million. This adjustment shows that corporate occupiers, notably GCCs, continue to seek premium office locations.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT leased over 2 million square feet in the quarter ended March 2024, a record. This is the greatest lease volume since its August 2020 IPO, totaling 3.6 million square feet for 2023-24.
