NBCC has sold 533,000 sq ft of commercial space in two New Delhi developments, earning nearly ₹2,251 crore. The World Trade Centre project in Nauroji Nagar and the Sarojini Nagar Downtown project are both sold out, a major milestone for the firm.

By the end of 2023 - Tata Realty and Infrastructure intends to release 5 msf of office space in Bengaluru, with an expenditure of Rs 4,000 crore. This would include two IT parks.

Sanjay Dutt, the chief executive officer of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, recently remarked that the high cost of land, money, and construction, as well as other economic concerns, make Indian real estate projects unprofitable.
