Yusen Logistics India has leased a 200,000 sq ft built-to-suit warehouse in Palava near Mumbai from Macrotech Developers. This strategic move, part of Lodha Industrial & Logistics Parks, aims to bolster the Tokyo-based company’s distribution network in India.

Morningstar, a leading American financial firm, has leased 300,000 sq ft at Vishwaroop IT Park, Vashi, for ₹38 crore annually with a 5% yearly hike. The 10-year deal, totaling ₹450 crore, highlights Navi Mumbai's rise as a commercial and IT hub, driven by its strong infrastructure and connectivity.

Lodha Group, via Macrotech Developers, bought Ivanhoé Cambridge's share in three joint ventures for ₹239.56 crore. Lodha wants more control over its digital infrastructure investments to improve its annuity revenue.
