Piramal Capital & Housing Finance sold TCG Urban Infrastructure Holdings two 22,524-square-foot office premises in the Bandra-Kurla Complex's TCG Financial Centre for over 110 crore, according to Mumbai real estate publications.

PCHFL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises, has teamed with the India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation (IMGC) to provide cheap house loans backed by mortgage guarantees to salaried and self-employed consumers.

Piramal Group increased its initial bid for Dewan Housing Finance Corporation by around INR 2,000 crore more while the United States headquartered asset management company Oaktree Capital upped its initial offer by INR1700 crore more.
