Piramal Capital & Housing Finance sold TCG Urban Infrastructure Holdings two 22,524-square-foot office premises in the Bandra-Kurla Complex's TCG Financial Centre for over 110 crore, according to Mumbai real estate publications.

PCHFL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises, has teamed with the India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation (IMGC) to provide cheap house loans backed by mortgage guarantees to salaried and self-employed consumers.
