Colt DCS and RMZ Corporation have partnered on a $1.7 billion venture to bolster India’s digital infrastructure, meeting the surging demand in the country’s growing digital economy.

Bangalore-based RMZ Corporation announced its decision to become an alternative asset owner. By 2029, the company aims to quadruple its rent-yielding real estate activities to USD 42 billion.

RMZ Spire in Hyderabad and Manyata Redwood in Bengaluru have signed WeWork India leases. Both buildings, which will begin construction in the next months, are in technical hubs.

According to sources, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) and RMZ Corp will develop a commercial project on a 15-acre plot of land at JVLR in Mumbai, where the famous Kamalistan Studio is located.

Godrej Properties has bought a 4-acre parcel of land in Pune's affluent Koregaon Park neighbourhood. The company plans to construct a luxury project on this premium plot.
