Bank of Baroda, a major Supertech Group lender, approved the Dehradun project resolution plan. This approval is crucial, allowing 600 homeowners to finally get their houses. The proposal, presented to the NCLAT, is Supertech's first lender-approved project.

Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL) invested ₹450 crore in Supertech's ‘Supernova’ project in Sector 94, Noida. This large financial investment would revive the project, which Supertech had stopped owing to financial issues.

RK Arora, Supertech's chairman, plans to acquire Rs 1,600 crore from institutional investors by July to finish its 18 Delhi-NCR home projects.

According to MD Mohit Arora, real estate developer Supertech is seeking 1,200-1,600 crore from Oak Tree Financial to complete its stalled projects.
