WeWork India has raised ₹500 crore through a rights issue, a pivotal move to eliminate debt, reduce capital costs, and solidify its financial foundation.

WeWork India has leased 126,000 square feet in Andheri East, replacing its Powai space, as part of its strategic coworking expansion in Mumbai.

WeWork India is reportedly in discussions to lease over 400,000 sq ft of office space across three significant properties in Delhi and Gurugram. This move is seen as part of their aggressive expansion strategy in the Delhi-NCR region, according to sources familiar with the situation.

WeWork India has extended its five-floor, 1.4 lakh-square-foot lease at Goregaon East's Nesco IT Park. It would cost about ₹152 crore over five years for this strategic move.
