Brigade Group, a top Bengaluru-based real estate developer, is making a bold move in Kerala with a ₹1,500 crore investment. This expansion includes a new World Trade Center, a premium residential project in Kochi, and a luxury island resort in Vaikom, set to transform the region’s real estate.

The State Bank of India has committed Rs 714 crore to TCG Urban Infrastructure, a New York-based company, for the development of a World Trade Center in Gurugram. This project promises to offer one million square feet of leasable space.
