Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has acquired a 2,000 sq ft plot at The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s (HOABL) premium project, Sol de Alibaug, located about 60 minutes from South Mumbai by sea.

Investment in Alibaug is A Prime Opportunity as Enhanced Connectivity Boosts Appeal

The newly inaugurated Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) further enhances convenience, making this project an attractive choice for those seeking a sophisticated retreat in Alibaug’s real estate landscape.

Kriti Sanon’s Empowering Journey

Sanon shared that buying land on her own has been an empowering journey, and she had been eyeing Alibaug for a while.

Amitabh Bachchan’s Investment in Alibaug

Recently, Amitabh Bachchan also invested in the same project, acquiring a 10,000 sq ft plot. This followed his first investment with HoABL at The Sarayu in Ayodhya earlier this year.

About The House of Abhinandan Lodha

Founded by Abhinandan Lodha, HoABL aims to democratize land investment in India by leveraging advanced technology to make land ownership easy, secure, and liquid. The HoABL app allows customers to invest in land, track their buying journey, and manage portfolios effortlessly.

HoABL’s Impressive Growth

In just five years, HOABL has developed over 700 acres of land. Of its customer base of over 6,000, 17% are NRIs from 20 countries, primarily the US, the UAE, and Singapore. The remaining 83% are from 150 towns across India.

HOABL’s Diverse Projects HoABL has projects in Alibaug, Anjarle, Dapoli, Neral in Maharashtra, Ayodhya, and Goa.

Recent Surge in Alibaug’s Real Estate Market Alibaug has become a prime destination for land and property investments. Government initiatives to enhance connectivity between Mumbai and Alibaug are driving real estate development and attracting developers, homebuyers, and investors. Major projects like the MTHL have also led to a surge in demand for luxury second homes.
