YEIDA's chief executive, Arun Vir Singh, highlighted the project as a significant effort to promote the film industry in Uttar Pradesh. The film city will offer state-of-the-art filming facilities, alongside a variety of additional features designed to make it a premier destination for filmmakers and tourists alike.

A Comprehensive Development Plan

The film city project will include:

  • Serviced apartments on 57 acres
  • A 200-key luxury hotel
  • A 172-key super luxury hotel
  • A food and beverages-focused retail development on 5.15 acres
  • A commercial office on 2.37 acres
  • Cutting-Edge Technology and Global Standards
  • Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Group, stated, "Our project will incorporate cutting-edge technology, premier studios, shopping centers, and tourist attractions, setting a new global benchmark."

Dividing Responsibilities in the JV

Within this joint venture, Bhutani Group will handle the real estate development, while Boney Kapoor’s firm will oversee the operational aspects of the film city. The first phase spans approximately 230 acres, with the company holding the first right of refusal for subsequent phases.

A Bright Future for Noida Film City

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the development of Noida Film City, promising to transform it into a global hub for film production and tourism, further enhancing the cultural and economic landscape of Uttar Pradesh.
