Bangalore-based Brigade Group has recently signed a joint development agreement (JDA) to construct a premium Grade A office space on Sankey Road, located in the heart of Bengaluru’s Central Business District (CBD).

The project, covering a developable area of approximately 0.20 million square feet, is estimated to have a gross development value of around Rs 500 crore.

Nirupa Shankar, the Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, conveyed that this project is in line with their commitment to enhancing their commercial property portfolio.

She expressed enthusiasm about developing this significant property and confidence that the project will meet the increasing demand for high-quality professional workspaces.
Brigade Group has observed a surge in tenancy enquiries in recent quarters, reflecting a positive shift in corporate sentiments.

This strategic agreement underscores the Group’s dedication to providing superior, sustainable commercial spaces within the dynamically evolving urban landscape of Bengaluru.
