Brigade Group Unveils Brigade Sanctuary at Whitefield-Sarjapur Road

Brigade Enterprises has introduced Brigade Sanctuary, a residential development that aims to harmoniously combine modern living with the tranquilly of the environment. Brigade Sanctuary, a joint development situated on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road and encompassing 14 acres, is comprised of 1275 units–including residences with 1, 3, and 4 bedrooms–and has a cumulative revenue potential of Rs 2,000 cr.

The development will encompass an approximate area of 2 million square feet.

The development is situated in a strategic location, providing easy access to Whitefield, Varthur, Sarjapur, and the outer ring road. Its design incorporates careful considerations of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort. Unique in its location, the undertaking is surrounded by internationally renowned academic establishments and is in immediate proximity to the forthcoming Dommasandra metro station.

According to Brigade Group's MD, Pavitra Shankar:

"Demand for premium residences in Bengaluru has increased significantly. The allure of residential properties and communal living has experienced a substantial surge, particularly among the millennial generation. Brigade Sanctuary offers a plethora of amenities, an innovative design, and a steadfast dedication to sustainability. Its livable environment seamlessly combines the tranquilly of natural environs with the conveniences of modern living."

Brigade Group is dedicated to conserving the natural aesthetics of the area by retaining more than 500 trees throughout the undertaking.

The development will feature more than eighty percent open space, offer residents a variety of wellness and recreational opportunities (including a 32,000-square-foot facility), and provide over thirty-five contemporary amenities to accommodate residents of all ages.

The development incorporates an aromatic garden, wooded area, orchard, hammock garden, outdoor glamping site, and rainwater catchment pond in an effort to embrace nature. The completion date specified by RERA is December 2028.
