Brigade REAP has opened applications for Cohort 16, with mentorship set to begin on July 10, 2024. This comprehensive 16-week hybrid program aims to elevate startups in sectors such as construction, hospitality, green tech, and proptech.

Eligible startups must be incorporated in India, at the pre-seed stage with early product-market fit, and should have pre-revenue or early revenue traction, focusing on solving significant challenges within the real estate ecosystem. Applications are open until June 30, 2024.

The program includes workshops and mentoring sessions designed to help startups achieve problem-solution fit and product-market fit. Participants will gain access to a robust mentor network, connections with over 70 alumni, and equity-based mentorship. Additionally, startups will receive credits for AWS, HubSpot for Startups, Zoho, and DigitalOcean, along with opportunities to pitch to venture capitalists.

Abhay Garg, chief and head mentor of Brigade REAP, emphasized that their primary focus is to promote and mentor startups innovating in urban tech to address real-world challenges in the real estate ecosystem. He expressed optimism about onboarding disruptive startups with new technologies and innovations that will make a meaningful difference to the sector.

This 16-week program is meticulously curated to equip startups with the knowledge, tools, and network necessary to scale their innovations and make a significant impact in the real estate sector.
