CBRE South Asia has developed specialised business services to serve healthcare and education real estate in India, an industry with substantial development potential and investment prospects.

Healthcare is predicted to reach USD 400 billion by 2023, while education is expected to reach USD 225 billion by FY2025.

Numerous factors contribute to the growth of these sectors, including an expanding middle class, a greater emphasis on public-private partnerships, and accelerated adoption of digital technologies, such as telemedicine and education technology – as well as increased FDI inflows over the last two decades.

With cities like as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai projected to drive future growth, CBRE intends to provide varied, best-in-class services that will assist in reimagining the real estate deliverables needed by important firms in these areas. Strategic advising, market analysis, feasibility studies, and appraisals, as well as transactional services, will be provided by the specialised team.

"We are seeing significant interest in both healthcare and education, with significant growth anticipated over the next decade," said Anshuman Magazine, chairman and CEO of CBRE's India, South-East Asia, Middle East, and Africa region.

CBRE is dedicated to assisting clients in delivering exceptional patient experiences in safe, engaging, and high-performing settings – from advice and transactional services to portfolio optimization, risk reduction, and benchmarking operations.

"With a focus on the top seven cities, the service offerings will assist full-service hospitals, single-specialty providers, and diagnostic, wellness, pharmaceutical, and health-tech providers in delivering exceptional results." Ram Chandnani, Managing Director, CBRE India's consulting and transaction services, said.

"By focussing our efforts on the healthcare and education sectors, we can assist customers in delivering superior services and increasing cost efficiency. I'm sure that by taking the lead on these specialist services, we'll continue to provide value to the company and all relevant stakeholders." Peush Jain, senior executive director, investment sales, health care, and education, CBRE India, concurred.

CBRE will use its experience in consulting, research and analysis, site selection, project management, and facility management to assist investors and customers in the sector in securing key sites, lowering occupancy costs, and expanding market presence.

CBRE has previously managed over 19 million square feet of healthcare space and over 10 million square feet of education space - both serving over 50 clients.
