Trios, a leading provider of innovative co-working spaces, has announced its expansion in Pune, Maharashtra, by inaugurating three new facilities. These are strategically located at Cybercity IT Park in Magarpatta, Symphony IT Park in Nanded City, and Indialand Global Tech Park in Hinjawadi, Phase 1. Cumulatively, these additions span 82,000 square feet, bolstering Trios' existing portfolio.

These expansions come as a collaborative effort between Trios, co-founded by Pratik Potnis and Tejasa Potnis, and real estate giants Magarpatta City Group and India Land Global Group. The new centers are designed to offer collaborative work environments for a diverse range of professionals and established businesses.

Pratik Potnis, Trios' CEO and Director, emphasized the company's dedication to meeting India's escalating demand for co-working and managed office solutions. The new facilities will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including lounge areas, breakout rooms, gaming zones, and contemporary cafes.

Additionally, they will feature an amphitheater to support a variety of corporate events, from board meetings to virtual seminars.

Salai Kumaran, CEO of Indialand Group, accentuated the value addition of co-working spaces to the Indialand Global Tech Park, praising the collaboration's potential to elevate client satisfaction.

Trios has already secured a significant client for the Indialand Global Tech Park and is eyeing further expansions in Gurugram. The company's vision also encompasses the establishment of tech-centric co-working spaces in cities like Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
