The CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillar Awards are all set for their second edition, aiming to honor and celebrate the most outstanding achievements in the real estate sector. These awards, known for recognizing innovation, excellence, and commitment to quality, are a significant event in the realm of real estate.
Presented by Chandan Steel, The Golden Pillar Awards are an initiative by CREDAI-MCHI, the esteemed real estate body in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Domnic Romell, the president of CREDAI-MCHI, stated that the awards represent the relentless efforts of their members and partners in creating spaces that not only reshape the urban landscape but also improve the lives of people. He highlighted that this year, the awards have broadened their scope with new categories to acknowledge excellence across the real estate sector.
Sukhraj Nahar, the chairman of the Golden Pillar Awards, remarked on the rapid expansion of India's real estate market following the challenges posed by the pandemic. He emphasized the industry's dedication to progressing swiftly towards becoming a $6 trillion sector and acknowledged that the Golden Pillar Awards play a crucial role in recognizing and celebrating the immense talent within the industry.
The inaugural edition of the Golden Pillar Awards took place in 2018, and the upcoming edition is set to be even more impressive. It will feature a diverse range of categories covering various aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial projects, sustainable development, and architecture.
Ernst & Young (EY) is on board as the tabulation partner to ensure transparency in the award selection process.
