Bengaluru: Nilima Prasad Divi, daughter of Murali Divi, founder of India’s pharmaceutical giant Divi’s Laboratories, has made significant investments in Hyderabad’s luxury real estate market, purchasing two prime properties worth ₹80 crore.

Details of the Properties - Exclusive Jubilee Hills Transactions

The first property, covering 12,000 sq ft with a built-up area of 200 sq ft, was acquired from Srinivas Prasad, Surya Kamal Prasad, and Satya Chandra Prasad for ₹40 crore in the prestigious Jubilee Hills neighborhood. The second property, also a 12,000 sq ft plot, was purchased from Moturi Surya Kamal Prasad for an equal amount, as documented by Zapkey.
