A provisional completion certificate (PCC) was issued to Dilip Buildcon (DBL) on November 4, 2023, in recognition of their successful completion of the public-private partnership (PPP) four-laning of the Dhrol-Bhadra Patiya segment of NH-151A in Gujarat.

The governing body has issued the PCC after determining that the project is commercially viable, with operations scheduled to commence on September 25, 2023.

The endeavour comprised the installation of four lanes along the Dhrol-Bhadra Patiya and Bhadra Patiya-Pipaliya segments of NH-151A and NH-6, respectively, within the state.

The Dhrol-Bhadra Patiya segment was located at ex. km 5+700 and ex. km 13+600 of SH-25, while the Bhadra Patiya-Pipaliya segment was at ex. km 73+000 to km 44+800 and 38+350 to 24+000 of CSH-6.

The project, valued at Rs 882.00 crore, was carried out in adherence to the design, construct, operate, and transfer (DBOT) methodology.

The project was granted to DBL on October 28, 2021, with a completion deadline of 730 days. Originally, the project was scheduled to be completed on October 27, 2023.
