Directors of Metamor Software Acquire Luxury Property in Hyderabad for INR 48 Cr

Meghna Dilip Bhanushali and Tummala Vipul Reddy, directors of Metamor Software Solutions, have purchased a property in Hyderabad for INR 48 crore, one of the city's most expensive residential transactions in recent years.

The property was purchased from Manoj Kumar Tibrewala. It encompassed 13,000 square feet and had a constructed area of 3,951 square feet. "The property was sold for family and business reasons, and INR 2.6 crore in stamp duty was paid on the transaction.

Metamor Software is an IT software services and consultancy firm based in Hyderabad with offices in the United States. Hyderabad's property market continues to see high-priced land and villa transactions, with demand from purchasers such as entrepreneurs and actors at an all-time high.

In the past two years, the city has seen more than 200 large-ticket residential and land transactions. Houses in Jubilee Hills, spanning 11,000-15,000 square feet, cost between 30 crore and 750 crore.

Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran and his family, Telugu film actor Siddharth Gal-la, PharmEasy founder Siddharth Shah, and Micro Lab managing director Dilip Surana are among the notables who have recently purchased luxurious residences.

Experts predict that India's market for luxury and ultra-luxury residences will increase in the coming quarters, as demand exceeds supply and the number of affluent individuals continues to rise.
